We are increasing the amount of clubs and promoters we work with every day, so if you can’t find it now, check again in a few days.

Why do I need to give my mobile number?
Although it is not compulsory to give us your mobile number, as we send e-tickets to you via email, it is so that we have alternative means of contacting you in case of any problems.

We need your email address as your e-ticket is sent to you via email and also so we have means of contacting you in case of any problems.

Yes, providing you have supplied an email address, you will receive your e-ticket and be contacted via that method.

I am booking tickets for a party. I see there is a limit of 6 per order. How can I buy more tickets?
We set a limit for security reasons. We suggest another member of your party buys tickets for the rest of your group.

Unfortunately as this is an online system, we only take payment by card.

How will my ticket be distinguished from other tickets?
Each ticket has a unique ticket number which is cross referenced at the door.

How will the venue know who I am?
The venue/promoter is sent a list of everyone who has purchased ViewTickets™ and will check at the door.

I want to cancel one or all of my tickets, how do I go about that?
All tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled, in which case it is at the promoter's discretion.

What is the booking fee?
The booking fee covers all administration charges. The booking fee is non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellations.

What do I take with me on the night?
You must take a print out of your email e-ticket and a valid form of ID.
